Description

Short story to it. My cousin Lei wanted me to draw Dewgong from her pokemon Heart Gold, so I did. It turned out more detailed than I thought, so I decided to put it here. :D Name came out weird though.

Dewgong is cute. And you made him absolutely beautiful here! Maybe you should colour it! (Even if it doesn't have much colour).
