Out of Place

Lol, came up with title after placing the background... Glaceon is out of place because it looks scribbled and... such. I actually drew Glaceon a long time ago on paper, and I had the drawing sitting around in my computer... So I colored it, but I made sure to make it look sloppy. I wanted it to look imperfect. Then I wanted a background, because, well, Glaceon turned out better than expected. But Glaceon looks really, really out of place with that background. REALLY. Out of place. So, should I work again on the picture tomorrow, but fix all Glaceon's lines and give it proper shading(as opposed to none at all)? Tell me if you want to see it with better lines and shading if you like it, I guess.
